I ship production software across AI, Web3 and engineering.
A standards-checked SaaS for building-services engineers, open-source agent tooling, and the data platform behind a multi-protocol DeFi operation. Eight projects below, six with live links.

MEPCalc
mepcalc.com↗SaaS51 calculators11 disciplinesLaunching Q3 2026
Calculation platform for UK building-services consultants. Every result traces back to BS 7671, CIBSE or ASHRAE, and a 250 case regression harness re-checks the lot against the standards on every commit.
Solo build, end to end. 24 years in building-services engineering, so I know exactly what wrong looks like.

veX
ve.exchange↗Co-founderLive veNFT marketplace
A live marketplace for veNFT positions, co-founded and still running. I work mostly on the backend and API, built the subgraphs that index the on-chain data (we have since moved over to private RPCs), and have done some of the frontend.

Ranchuan Thai Massage
ranchuanspa.com↗Live business siteBilingual TH/EN
Production website for a real business in Khon Kaen, Thailand. Prerendered React, strict content-security policy, structured data for local search, live booking. Small, and it earns its keep every day.

LB Mechanical Design
mechanicaldesign.io↗Working consultancyHVAC & MEP designJersey / UK
The site for my own building-services consultancy: HVAC and ventilation design, MEP drawings, O&M manuals and tender documentation for contractors in Jersey and the UK. Two tools sit behind it that I built for my own jobs, a quoting app and a RAMS generator, because the paperwork takes longer than the engineering.
The engineering half of what I do, still paying its way while I build the rest.

Nocturne
github.com/ba1lly/nocturne↗Open source · MIT600+ tests
Label a GitHub issue and Nocturne drives a coding agent to fix it on an isolated branch, proves the fix with tests, opens a PR, then watches CI and review and repairs its own work. It never merges and it never touches main.
I run it on my own repos every day.

Mynah
github.com/ba1lly/Mynah↗Source-available · PolyForm-NC350+ tests11 MB installer
Records Discord calls on Windows and transcribes them locally, with speaker labels taken from Discord's own per-user audio rather than guessed by a model. No bot joins the channel and nothing leaves the machine. One-click installer with verified self-update.
- 07
OpenPrism
github.com/ba1lly/OpenPrism↗Open source · MITMCP serverClaude Code plugin
Sends one prompt to a panel of models from different providers in parallel, then a judge model reconciles their answers into a single better one. Plugs into Claude Code, opencode, Cursor, or anything that speaks MCP.

Obsidian Telegram Agent
Private repoClaude Agent SDKSandboxed by construction
An AI companion for my Obsidian vault, reachable over Telegram by text or voice note. It can read and edit files in one directory and nothing else: every path is checked, it answers to a single owner, and every change lands as a git commit I can undo.

sol-audit-kit
Private repoMulti-VM securityEVM / Cairo / Move / Solana / CosmWasm~70 targets audited
A smart-contract security audit toolkit that runs the whole hunt loop end to end: static analysis, fuzzing and symbolic execution, a corpus of 830+ real-world exploits, and a searchable index of 94,000 findings from 15 audit firms, across EVM and Solidity, Cairo, Move, Solana and CosmWasm, all inside an isolated Docker sandbox.

Senior Automation & AI Engineer
2023 to Jun 2026Confidential ve(3,3) DeFi protocols
Technical lead for data, on-chain automation and agent infrastructure across a multi-protocol DeFi operation. I built and ran the ~65-table Postgres analytics warehouse and the pipelines that fed it, pulling from chain RPCs, Dune and DefiLlama into the dashboards the whole organisation worked from, plus on-chain monitoring for voters, bribes, fees and epochs and the Discord and Telegram bot layer. I designed and operated the company's autonomous multi-agent system: an internal operations brain of ops and support agents, and a separate community-facing and trading stack, running on scheduled jobs across the company's own infrastructure. I also hardened the platform's security, locking down PII access, closing a write hole in the reward tables and taking the security advisor to clean across 21 fixes; refuted from source a false-positive critical vulnerability that both an automated audit and the team's own proof-of-concept had confirmed; and kept it running in production with watchdogs, retries and cost control on the bots.

OpenClaw agent fleet
OngoingPersonal infrastructure
Fifteen AI agents with 1,121 custom skills and 45 scheduled jobs run the steady state of my life and businesses: finance oversight, trading-bot monitoring, marketing, engineering support. It's private, but I'll happily walk through it live.

Director-shareholder, engineering division
2014 to 2023AC&R / MEP contracting
24 years in AC&R and MEP engineering, nine of them as director and shareholder of a 25-staff division. P&L ownership, projects up to £2.5M, tenders to £7M, and a service-contract book that grew sevenfold.
Crypto-native since 2017. 3,000+ GitHub contributions in the last year.
How I work
Agents write my code. I own the architecture, the direction and the verification: I pick the stack, catch the corner-cutting and the plausible-wrong answers, and prove the result against tests and standards before anything ships. It's the same job I did running an engineering division, just with a much faster crew. Everything on this page is checkable, and I'd rather you checked.
